Whenever a query is misspelled or is not found in our database, we attempt to select a good match using our proprietary word matching algorithms. If we are not able to find a good match, we add the query to our logs. Routinely, we analyze the logs, in order to find the best way to help our users who make spelling mistakes or typos.

We publish this log online in order to solicit user suggestions for the most appropriate match. Therefore, if the same query is requested next time, our website will use the suggestions to help our future users.
