To ensure that the plan is practical (and delicious!), we asked two people who are cooking for the first time to try it. Meet our testers:- Michelle: “I cook from time to time, but I’m not a meal preparer. I know it can be super helpful, but I always think it’s a bit overwhelming, TBH. Hope to open my eyes this week.” Brenda: “I go to work to cook every day, so when it’s time to cook for myself… well, I just don’t cook. To be honest, I’ve been eating out almost every day this month (and spending more Time) more money than I don’t want to admit), so cooking for yourself would be a good pace.”
